Experimental Parameters

· Sample type: urine sample;

· Initial sample volume: 10-50ml sample size

· Required instruments：Normal temperature high-speed centrifuge suitable for 15-50 ml centrifuge tube (the number of revolutions can reach more than 3000 rpm); 96 hole side magnetic plate frame, handheld Mini centrifuge, vortex oscillator, water bath pot；
